How is Sudiyo different from other content creation services?

Not only we script, shoot, and edit videos and images into conversion-focused ads - We actually own and operate our own businesses. Our five in-house DTC brands give us consistent insight into the operational mechanics of an ecommerce business. We are not just a graphic design or video editing service. Sudiyo is a full-service content studio created and run by an actual multiple 7 and 8 figure e-commerce brand owners.

How will I communicate with you?

We have a private and dedicated platform not only will be used for communication, but it will house all of your assets, folders and more!. However, we are open if you'd like to integrate us into your Slack. We can of course keep this to email if you prefer that sort of thing.

Where is Sudiyo based?

Our studio is located in the beautiful side of Asia, which is Malaysia. Having a studio here helps to cut costs and provide a lot of opportunities to local professional creatives. Our designers, art directors, and operations staff are located across the world, full-time, employees! No outsourcing, no offshoring, no freelancers. But it’s not just about providing exceptional creative services at affordable prices. It’s about building a better, fairer model of creative outsourcing. 

Do you have an Agency/Whitelabel pricing?

Yes, we do. Contact us or schedule a call with our account manager to discuss potential partnership plans today.

Can you send back my product?

Yes, but you will be responsible for the postage fees + $35 handling. After delivering your ad creative, we’ll wait up to 7 days for any feedback or adjustments.

After 7 days, we’ll either ship your products back or donate them, depending on what you selected at checkout. If you want to order additional images of a product we already have, please let us know within 7 days.

What happens if my product gets lost or damaged in the mail?

As much as we’d like to, we, unfortunately, can’t control what happens to your product when it’s with the postal service or other shipping providers.

We recommend choosing a shipping provider with reliable tracking and signature confirmation.

What happens if my products get lost or damaged when you ship them back to me?

Our team does their best when shipping products back to you to make sure your items are safe and secure, but accidents do happen when dealing with shipping carriers. We do not keep original boxes and do our best to package items that keep them safe and secure.

That being said, if you’re sending us fragile items or unique items that require special packaging, we highly suggest purchasing insurance and sending us pre-paid shipping labels to make sure your products are protected in transit.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items and cannot refund you for the cost of your products or the cost of shipping.

What's a Shot List & Visual Art Direction?

A Shot List & Visual Art Direction is a creative concept that we group deliverables, a 30~50s feed ad will always go hand in hand with a 14s story ad. A creative concept will usually focus on one marketing angle or target audience.

What does unlimited request really mean?

You can set the queue up as long as you you’d like, but we will work through each project on a scale of importance. Once we start your project we will finish before moving onto the next.

What if I’m not happy with my videos?

We offer unlimited revisions which means we will work with you until you're fully satisfied with your finished video. We advise that you are as detailed as possible with your feedback to minimize the time needed. Please be aware that the time for making these revisions can affect your final delivery time.

Minor revisions can include: Minor caption modifications (Grammar, Font Choice, Style/Color, Sizing, Positioning, Removing, Adding, Stylization) Sequencing & Composition (Re-arrangement of Footage and Basic Framing) Effect Modifications (Remove or Replace Basic Effects or Transitions) Color Correction, Sound Effects & Music Changes.

Do you write the scripts?

Yes! We do everything for you from ideation, scripting, production & editing. We have extremely talented scriptwriters who can generate awesome ideas for your products.

Can I send you a script for the video ads? 

Absolutely. When you are onboarded, you will receive an intake form that you can fill-in. If you have a very specific brief or a detailed script you would like us to use, we will bring your vision to life.

Does all package include talent?

For Launch, Growth, and Scale plan - Yes, it is inclusive talents/actor fees. Not only that, it is also inclusive of the MUA, travel, and accommodation fees which are included with the package offered. No hidden expenses, no hassle.

Do you hire the actors?

Yes! We have our own Talent Director who sources the perfect actor for your video(s). Just let us know in the questionnaire if there's a particular demographic you are looking for. Babies are an additional fee and can be added to your order on the questionnaire.

Do we have any input on Creative Direction & Planning?

After you sign up and make your order, we’ll send you an onboarding questionnaire which gives you an opportunity to send us your model, location, and creative preferences. This allows us to produce more of what’s performing well, to get you the highest ROAS possible.

However, we retain the right to make the final decision on model, location & creative preferences. This allows us to be able to maintain an efficient process, and deliver your ad content on time. After each month, we’ll do a follow up or schedule a call with you before to review ad data and adapt your preferences each month.

Do you need directions?

You are able to tell us as much about your product & special requirements in the intake form questionnaire. We will do our very best to meet your expectations as long as they fit within our guidelines!

How long are your videos?

Our videos will range from 0:10 – 0:60 depending on the package purchased and video format.

Can you shoot off location?

Yes, we do! Any products that require to be shot outside of our studio does not require any additional fees.

Can you edit my RAW footage?

Sure thing! We can edit your footage and add the Sudiyo touch to it. Please select the "Graphics + Video Edit" package plan to begin your order.

Do I own the videos?

Yes absolutely! Once you receive your video, you own the rights to your final video.

What if my product requires animals/pets?

Absolutely! We love including animals in the shoot! In addition, there is no guarantee that the animal will be cooperative and thus the client may be subject to additional reshoot fees if we’re unable to capture the scenes. Output delivery may also be delayed.

Do I have to be present during the shoot?

You don’t have to! To make things easier, you can just send us the product and we’ll handle everything for you.

What languages do you cover?

As of now, we do English only. However, we can definitely work with your ideas if guidelines are provided.

Do you offer a standalone product photography service?

Yes, we do! If you'd only like to get product photography for your product, you can login to our portal to make the order and we'll send further instructions.

How does concept works?

Once you have made your order, you will be provided an onboarding intake form that allows you to select your preferred type of shoot. Once selected, our creative professionals will come up with the concept(s) for your specified type of shoot.

After we have concepts to work with, we will come up with a Shot List & Visual Art Direction that gives you an idea of how we will execute the shoot.

Do I own the images?

Yes absolutely! Once you receive your images, you own the rights to your final output.

How do you shoot apparel?

If your clothing is unisex, please specify whether you want your apparel shot on a male or female. Each seller is different and it’s hard for our photographers to know the details of your product. If you have specific requests about the fit of the clothing, please include them in your initial order notes. For sizes, please send us mediums. Sizes that are too large or too small will not fit or fit awkwardly on the model or mannequins’ body.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

Yes. Your paid subscription can be canceled anytime. Simply send us a message in the portal and we'll get it sorted for you.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?

Absolutely! If you decide you want to upgrade your package before we begin, we can always update your invoice. Once we get started, we’ll have to complete the package that you’ve chosen.

Pro tip: We always add in extra value in the next-level package, so if you think you’re going to want more creatives, in the long run, it’s better to choose the larger package.

Will you renew my subscription automatically?

Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to your pay period.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer up to 40% off across all plans for the first month! There may be other temporary discounts, follow us on our social media for any discounts!

Is there a minimum contract time?

No for both one-time and monthly subscriptions. However, there is a 30 day notice period for a subscription plan, so if you want to cancel your plan, please bear this in mind.
